While the rest of Detroit is shit, you have to understand we're the largest Urban Sprawl in the world, with the Tri-County area home to almost 5 million people and many of the suburbs being wealthy (Oakland County is one of the top 10 richest places in America) and nice (Exceptions: Dearborn, Hazel Park, River Rouge, Ecorse, Lincoln Park, Inkster, Mount Clemens).

Fuck no it cant. Detroit has extremely polluted soil. Lead, arsenic, and a myriad of other toxic shit is in the soil. I'll try to find the source, but close to majority of youth in Detroit have high levels of lead exposure. Tar babies cant even go and play in the dirt in their backyard without risky level of exposure. Couple this with kang genetics and you have a city of drop outs, gang bangers, and all around retards. Midtown and downtown are decent as far as white population and nightlife goes. Hamtramck is shit tier, sand coons in burkas everywhere. Outside of those places is not safe.
