Humans, like all animals, are a product of evolution. Seleciton is based on environment, and different environments will cause differing selection of traits.

Intelligence is an emergent property of the complex architecture of the brain. The composition of the brain is dictated by epigenetic expression, ultimately dictated by evolutionary adaptation.

Groups in distinct environments will have disparities in average IQ. There will be geniuses and there will be idiots, no one denies this, but the rates of these in an objective analysis will change.

There are a lot of social problems that will remain problems until we address this logical fact.
