Rarely will a company stick to its guns and ride it out. Steam is definitely not one of them and has proven not to be able to follow their own rules time and time again. This is why such platforms are a disgrace to everything. Steam will look at its bottom line and will uproot its own rules and ban you, especially in todays world where negative press from SJW types is something to be feared.
