I go to diff chans and I read a literal assload of Wikipedia. I form cults ( either sexual or spiritual ) wherever I go, whomever I talk to no matter how powerful. But I let the cults go almost as easy as I make them, so that's pretty cool.

My personal opinion on the alchemy required to create a good chan is more personal than mechanical.. I mean that, it really just depends on the guy running it. Moot didn't know wtf he was doing, so he ended up making a good chan.

I also have internet addiction, user. It has actually the main reason of me wasting many years of my life.
One of the ways I kind of beat it is to follow certain rules:
>1. Sleep before midnight. If not possible, sleep before 01.00 AM.
>2. no video games, tv series, anime, Jow Forums/web surfing during "productive" hours. 'Productive' can be pretty much anything non-procrastinating. Learn a skill, study for exams, work, gym, repair any broken stuff, etc.
>3. NoFap & No Porn. If not possible, go for long-term max 1-2 time/week fap. Actual sex with a human female is the only acceptable exception.
>4. No sugary shit. Cook your own, healthy food. If you ever go on killing spree, fast for at least 1-2 days.

In general, hardcore, Godlike mode is:
>NoFap, no Porn, no vidya, gym 3-4 times/week, low carb diet.
I've achieved this for a very limited time period (~ 1.5 month), since my willpower is shit but it was among my most productive periods of my life. I still hope I will achieve it once again.

In terms of productivity, it doesn't matter how many times you say it. You just have to do it. Motivation is a false god, discipline wears a humble crown.. anyway, motivation isn't bad but it's just not the ingredient you need. Internet addiction is shitty but there are worse addictions. My most helpful advice to you is to stick with nofap. I've been doing nofap for a couple years now and it's changed my identity completely. Through nofap you can do all things.
