I think the risk is *low*, but not zero. That doesn't mean you shouldn't vaccinate your kids, but it couldn't hurt to avoid vaccinations for less serious illnesses (obviously get the MMR, IPV, and DPT, but maybe pass on chickenpox, flu, etc) and to stagger injections by a few weeks instead of getting half a dozen in a single visit.
