IQ and ethnicity are immaterial. First, IQ is based on a theory: the 'g factor' or the idea that human intelligence can be quantified and put into some kind of metric. Most clinical neurologists deny this, for the most part, there is no fucking test that can describe 'g'. If we conveniently ignore this then we have to address the elephant in the room: certain groups (ethnic, country of origin, whatever) score lower than others. However, the reason for this is far more obvious: malnutrition. Almost all human beings that consistently score 80 IQ points or below have history of physical brain trauma and malnutrition. How is that genetics? You literally have to smash these kids in the skull or starve them to get them to be consistently low IQ. It happens to white populations, too, in Appalachia.

Then we have the OTHER elephant in the room: some ethnic IQ studies (which are all suspect due to the irrelevancy most scientists attribute to the 'g theory' that intelligence is quantifiable at all) claim that Ashkanazi Jews have an average of 120 or so IQ.

What assholes don't mention is how pointless 120 IQ is. That's not remarkable. The difference between 80-120 IQ is laughably insignificant. It's the outliers that are remarkable, mental retards under 80 and super geniuses over 150. They are RARE by orders of magnitude morons with 'average' IQ can't begin to comprehend. Not only this, but genius level IQ is not a path to happiness, quite the opposite. Outliers with extreme intelligence also suffer from statistically significant chances of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and a zillion other detriments.

Average intelligence spans the globe, regions regardless of ethnicity create IQ trends due to nutrition and cultures of violence or indifference to health concerns.No single human ethnicity is 'better' than any other because the outliers can come from any group: it's due to the emergent factors of human neurology. "Idiocracy' is a satire.

Einstein's parents were not remarkably intelligent, and neither are any recorded 'geniuses' in human history. They had ordinary mothers and fathers, some of them had subnormal mothers and fathers. In human neurology 1+1 does not equal 2. There is an EMERGENT factor: the combination of two genetics that dramatically amplify or retard certain traits. Two normal people can reproduce a midget, a deformed child, a super genius, or a boring healthy kid. It's more complex than predicting the weather. Dumb people fucking and having 'dumb' kids is not how the world actually works: a remarkable child can come from anywhere and no matter how pure or blue blood you think you and your partner are doesn't mean your kid won't be born retarded.
