This isn't just affecting the military, this is affecting the industry as a whole. Our skilled workforce has dropped to shit-tier levels. Even college grads aren't for the most part qualified for jobs, but even if they are, they get shit-tier pay.
And before someone tells me "Immigrants work harder", no they don't. Most of the migrant college grads are fakers and don't know shit. And the lower tier migrants that break their backs working 14 hours a day are useless when you have more complicated equipment because they refuse to learn.
