Start going to a church. Being unironic here, you really should go to one. And more than that, get locked in with a Bible study group for your age range. I had to go to Germany and visit a best friend(fucked her too and now it's complicated because it seems like we're going around besti mode). I had to use the plane rides, lay overs and company to do a hard reset on my biology but it was worth it. It made me lose my ability to sleep at night without alcohol and lose my ability to function throughout the day.
