They say this now but the wage cages haven't even arrived yet
Natural selection tbqdesu.
I dumped amazon prime and refuse to buy from them. Fuck that criminal bezos
because race has been used to divide the natural class interests of workers? not really a difficult question
>capitalism good
>Build Amazon warehouses in shitty millennial areas.
>BAWWW DRIVING A FORKLIFT IS HARD WORK BAWWWW!
Warehouse work, is the easiest fucking job on the planet.
If it's so bad, then why don't they just find another job?
But user, this is the life wagies chose for themselves. I am reminded of one of the Proverbs of Hell by William Blake:
>'Dip him in the river who loves water.'
Typically they employ leftists and somalis, bezos fucks them hard and all he has to say is some pro faggot shit and they continue to worship him
I dunno, does this person you call Jow Forums really defend amazon?
Bezos is a turbo jew. I hope he dies fast, he is a fucking slaver. AWS wanted me to go work for them. Told them to fuck off.
You really haven't heard of the absolute state of these warehouses have you?
lmao I literally get paid to watch youtube and netflix and delegate salesforce tickets to other people to work and make $26/hr lmao just lmao
>189 suicide threats
>threats
>in a company of millions
Why do I get the feeling that this is the same kind of journalist who wrote the story about FoxxConn's "suicide nets"?
WAGIE WAGIE
GET IN CAGIE
I'm guessing you worked in some shitty little warehouse that didn't move dozens upon dozensa of tractor trailers worth of goods a day. It is hard fucking labor. That most people can not do. I worked in a pepsi warehouse and saftey was not fucking key.At the time I was a young man, 19 years old. In decent shape. I went in at 4pm and did not leave until sunrise the next day. Mainly because the turn over rate was so high, and this because you had a quota to fill, and since people quit every single day, you always had to stay late. The money was good because of the massive amount of overtime you got in a week. People used all sorts of stimulants from cocaine to redbull up and down the gamut in order to stay in this job.
I worked there for four months until I got hit by a forklift hauling ass around a corner. By the end of it all I was a lean, hard mother fucker who moved up to 12 tons of fucking soda a day. If I had gone in in less shape that I had (working out three days a week, running four miles a day) i would have been fed into the grinder like everyone else. Warehouse work is fucking hard, when you work in a warehouse that actually ships shit out instead of riding on a forklift all fucking day. Cock sucker.
Because Jow Forums has been pozzed since 2015 with normalfags
try security in white neighbourhood
they monitor your breaks and productivity like any warehouse, it's just liberals clutching their pearls at very typical blue collar shit
I've been working in a facility since before getting redpilled and it has truly helped me understand the contempt the elites have for the former middle class in the US. We work almost 11 hours and have no phones or music, and almost everywhere are signs about trannie group discussions and how bezos is fighting for immigrants. It's a model for the future guys, I'm telling you now
I see people working jobs like this and complaining, I get them complaining for the lack of compensation that genuinely reflects their productivity, but as far as the actual working conditions go?
I've worked on various rigs and pipeline on and through muskeg which needs to be frozen to work upon.
Conditions were so shit that my pay went up exponentially for every consecutive hour of work.
I've also worked fighting forest fires, that is truly miserable work, it is probably the closest thing to hell that a live human can experience.
I've cleaned septic tanks too.
And I've cleaned railcars used exclusively for petroleum, a horrible job in which I was never ever warm.
I've also worked seismic, hauling multiple 150 lb spools of wire through waist deep snow where every single step required a concerted effort.
I've towed my line during blowouts while blackflies fucking savaged my sunburns, experiencing intense and enduring pain while surrounded by potentially imminent death.
I look at jobs like retail or mincing about shipping stuff and think, you just get to sit there or walk around a bit. That's nice. That's a vacation.
I can't imagine being stressed at a job there.
When the paycheque comes in, sure, but not during work.
At least those jobs aren't degrading to the human soul and make you feel like a fucking automaton
>Why does Jow Forums defend [thing Jow Forums doesn't defend]
wow really socially engineers me into wanting to defend this latest prompt
but it makes me want to not bump this shit thread even more
> 5 years

Really makes you think
the american's right, those are jobs with autonomy, complexity, challenge and fairly clear connections between work and pay
even cleaning septic tanks is still something you can go home and feel like you put in an honest days work and maybe even made progress in the world
retail and CS might be physically lax, mentally untaxing, and materially convenient, but after your third or fourth month spending 8hrs a day standing at a cash register or fronting and facing the gummy bear aisle you start to see how dissatisfaction and difficulty have a complicated relationship
