What collapse? If they enact an authoritative state in which everybody is dependent on the government for handouts, works their ass off and gets unpersoned as soon as he steps out of line... The system is a horror show, but it won't collapse.
Give it 20 years without any change to propaganda in education and media and you have a population of citizens who hate each other and themselves but tries its best to keep the system, because they can't exist without it.

Accelerationism is fucking stupid. Yes, if you pursue the worst policies, there is some small chance that society will collapse and we can make something better. It is much more likely that things will just get much worse but remain stable, however. It is a much better strategy to try to improve things and just have patience as you make small gains over time.
