so monday you would have push day and do the morning and afternoon push routines on that day? do i understand this properly? also how many cals did you eat starting
Yes, except I do pull monday, push tuesday, legs wednesday, rest, repeat. So doesn't always fall on those particular days as its 3 days training, one day off, three days on, one day off and so on
But for example,
Monday - Back in the morning -- biceps at night
Tuesday - Chest/shoulders in the morning -- triceps at night
Wednesday - Legs
I don't count calories or anything, just don't eat fuck all carbs, and make sure I'm getting enough protein, around 220g/day
The reason I do pull, push, legs instead of push, pull, legs is so I get a rest day in between deadlifts and squats
