I've had to deal with both. My experience is there are individual blacks who can get a job and not commit crime, but I've never seen a gypsy be anything other than a gypsy. Gypsies are better at stealing and always, always annoying you, while niggers tend to stick to certain areas. On the other hand, ghetto niggers are probably more of a threat to your life than a gypsy, and left unchecked they can expand their ghetto via kike slumlords.
