You're retarded if you think that post Stalingrad the war was over for anybody but the Germans. What you get credit for is A) defeating the Japanese and B) preventing a Soviet sphere of influence thst included the entirety of Germany and most probably a "friendly" France and Italy. That would have been a very scary and probably very different Cold War, but was immaterial to the destruction of Nazi Germany itself.
