As a private pilot I've emitted contrails in aircraft with no space to carry containers of anything. We did the math one day ages back - if you filled an entire 767's skin with compressed liquified gasses (which is extreme pressure, and impossible, but let's steel man them here) it will leave only 3 kilometers of 'chemtrail' which is enough to make a mark of so few arc seconds across the sky that to an observer on the ground it would look like a failed attempt at sign writing a letter that, with your arm fully extended, is shorter than a finger.
So how they defy the laws of physics to lay these 'chemtrails' across entire skies falls down to the real laws of physics - contrails.
