When we create databases of quantum states we will finally be able to tap into data from all time after which we invented that technology. However we will still not be able to communicate to the time before that technology. All of the information ever will be possible to access. Our ability to interpret or make sense of this data will be a different story. It will take time. Also the quantum storage will be limited at first so we probably won’t have access to a lot of data from the future at first but as our storage capacity of the present increases, so will the amount of data we can access.
