I have already spoken to my lawyer and he is drawing up the divorce papers as well as as getting my name removed form the birth certificates. The house is in my name and I want to throw her out on the streets and cut all her funding, but I feel like that's the anger speaking in me. What is the best way to deal with this?
I've pretended to have a work business trip until the weekend so I'm just at a hotel for a few days. Should I just go to the house when I know she's out, pick up my stuff and let the lawyer contact her? He's told me that there's a very good chance I'll be able to keep everything due to her infidelity twice and the "fraud" of convincing me that I'm, the father.
