Works for me as of 5 seconds ago. DLd in FF with videodownloadhelper. Defaults to 360p, but you can change quality to 480p. No idea why it's not working for you.

These are 360p with 600kbps bitrate. Shit. The bit.tube link I posted is 480p with 1400kbps bitrate - but it's only 25fps. The kiwifarms ones you posted are 30fps - so there's that.
