When I watch videos like this, videos of murders, I have mixed feelings. Part of me is a bit horrified. Part of me is reminded of bad memories. Part of me brushes it off.

The wall design is reinforced steel slats. The intention is to slow down migrants so that border patrol can catch them, as opposed to it being open season where they just stroll right in. It's also supposed to have gaps so that border patrol can easily see to the other side, so they can just cruise along the border in a vehicle and patrol in a time effective manner.
