Our situation is a bit different here, there is no real 'white guilt' complex for people to draw upon. Some left-wing journalists and activists have tried numerous times to convince the public that Danes should feel guilty for this and that, but no one (and I really mean NO ONE) besides career politicians and debaters even care, and it has zero effect on events and policies here.
The astounding lack of integration of especially muslims here in Scandinavia is enough proof for most people that these people are generally not compatible. We do have some very good success stories of immigrants who integrate and contribute, but they are so few that they drown out in the statistic of uneducated welfare patients and criminals.

Funny you mention the leftists cry of racism though, because it seems every 12-24 months we get some wave of left wing activists who parrot events in USA, always about 6-12 months behind. The ideas of fatshaming, for example, was suddenly a 'big deal' in some specific newspapers, and then went away in favor of black face which almost no one even knew was a thing, and no one cared about. Now it's all gender/identity politics though.. It's funny to most people, but also discouraging.
