The Al Noor shooting was reported to police by around 1:40pm (sothe shooting must have started some time before that), and the attack at the Linwood mask began around 1:45pm. The two are about 5km apart.
Was the Linwood mosque his second target? Did he make it there before being apprehended by police? Where and how how was he captured? And who are the two (three? supposedly one suspect was released from police custody) other gunmen, were they accomplices?

I don't think it's possible that its a coincidence. Tarrant specifically names the Christchurch Al Noor Mosque and the Linwood Mosque as his targets in his manifesto. He also never explicitly says that he was planning/acting alone.
My own theory is that the gunmen at the Linwood Mosque were his accomplices and he purposefully neglects to mention them in his manifesto as an OpSec measure - if anyone found his writings before the attack or immediately reported to the police after he posted it to Full-chan then his accomplices wouldn't be compromised.
The other possibilities are that Tarrant was genuine but the Linwood shooters were false flag attacker who were purposefully carrying out a shooting at the same time and in the same area as Tarrant, or that Tarrant was also conducting a false flag.
