Spyro is a platformer from the late 90s / early 2000s. You play as a purple dragon youth (dragonling?) with anthropomorphic features. i.e. cartoon eyes. There are 3 main games but generally speaking the plot is you have to save your fellow dragons who are turned to stone by an evil wizard and his henchmen. The plot differs between games but that’s mainly the gist of things.
You run around collecting gems and a dragonfly acts as your companion. You make friends with anthro animals like a faun, a tiger (liger?), and a rabbit and others. There are some quasi antagonists too, There’s a wealth obsessed bear who overcharges you for everything in order to progress in some areas.
Mainly though it’s just a pretty normal game from that era. Spyro skateboards around in some sections and makes some quips you’d expect a 90s cartoon character to make.

I remember Spyro 3. Some fat rhino queen steals all the dragon's eggs with the intention to build an army or something to turn them against the dragon worlds. Interesting he would mention that, since that is kind of what's happening today. And each world had it's own kind of dragon or whatever so I can see what he's getting at, dumb as it sounds.
