I live in north county San Diego. We are overrun with pajeets but most of them are westernized. I wasn’t even redpilled about race because the only blacks we had were a handful of well educated Jamaicans. Irvine is about an hour or so north of where I live. The Asians there keep to themselves but they are very well behaved. Lots of high paying tech jobs.

Its an expensive place to live and the owners are a bunch of greedy fucks building a bunch of unnecessary apartments that are cheaply made buy overpriced that only rich foreigners will move into. The shitty little townhouse I live in costs $2350 a month.

yes I know that from personal experience. I am a recent CS grad and it’s a pain in the ass if you aren’t a minority or a woman. But once you get your foot in the door you will move up pretty quickly because the diversity hires are literally retarded and incompetent

I used to work repairing PCs and my boss was a diversity hire Mexican. Nice guy but he was retarded and would never listen to me when I told him the most basic shit like “hey make sure you install the drivers or else the machine won’t function properly”. He never listened to me and ended up fucking up hundreds of jobs. Customers started to ask for me by name because I was the only white person working there.

Huntington Beach user here. HB and Newport, as faggy as those rich fuckboys are, are the last bastions of white conservatism in Orange County. Irvine looks like fucking Baghdad after 8pm. I worked in retail for over a decade and 8/10 people picking up laborers were Asian. At least once a month I would have one come up to me blabbering in horrible Spanish. Because they can't speak English, because the only language you should bother learning is the one you use to order your slaves around. That's just the ones that have been here for awhile. Irvine is nice. It's crazy expensive but really good for tech work and it's very safe. Mainly whites and Chinese with a few other east Asians and Pajeets sprinkled in. The Chinese immigrants and even some of the ABCs are super racist toward blacks and sometimes Hispanics depending on how Americanized they are. If you're white then Chinese usually treat you very well.

Tl;dr if you are looking to work in tech and/or score an Asian waifu, Irvine is a good place to be.

Most of OC outside of Anaheim and Santa Ana is pretty nice to be totally honest. The shittiest parts of OC are on average better than the average and even some of the nicer places in LA.

almost all business areas are rented from irvine company who is very strict with upkeeping the appearances for tenants but also has high standards/rent to do business there

very high income, no crime, carefully manicured communal areas.
