Not at present. There once was a libertarian party. The Conservative government was formed out of 2 dead conservative parties and led by Stephen Harper. Stephen Harper was somewhat right-wing. He did increase immigration, but at somewhat reasonable levels; he bailed out the auto companies in 2008 and handled the recession very well; he closed environmental research centers, which is right-wing; he did not really concede to the natives, which is something that is being done again and again now that the Liberals are in.

Stephen Harper reigned from 2006-2015. I miss him.

Bernier is a pure wild card at this time- most of the Canadians on Jow Forums who support him are presumably ex-Tory. However whenever Bernier is included in the polls, it's the NDP that hurts the most. This indicates NDP voters are crossing over to Bernier on the issue of immigration.

Most notably is the South Burnaby By-Election in which the PPC candidate got 11%. You might say "fourth place? That's nothing". But South Burnaby is only 43% white, and the candidate in question was "controversial" and ran openly on a Canada First platform.

This indicates there is a hunger among white Canadians in diverse ridings for limits on immigration, especially among socialist voters who are turning away from the NDP on the issue of immigration.

Most notably is that the South Burnaby by-election saw record turnout for a by-election, indicating that Bernier may be getting votes from Canadians who haven't voted since the 1990s (when Canadian turnout nationwide dropped hard and never recovered).

We have no idea how Bernier's Conservative supporters will vote in the next election, only that people who support him on polls are NDP voters and that Bernier may cause an increase in turnout from lapsed voters. Otherwise the next election is a mystery, a wildcard, a toss-up because we can only speculate on what Bernier's true support base is without having hard data on the issue.

Greens are getting 10% this year and eating into liberal support, liberals are polling at 32% right now and polls typically overestimate liberal support by 1% while underestimating conservative support by 3%.

The pollsters deliberately keep the PPC out of the way because they're afraid of what Bernier could do.

The man had half of all conservatives and appears to be stealing a lot of votes from the NDP. If he could hypothetically meld those groups together, he'd have about 4 million votes of a projected 18 million voters with election split 6 ways.

What is notable about Canada is that when the Progressive Conservatives embraced mass immigration in the 1980s and subsequently saw the party break up, turnout in Canada dropped.

In 2015 81% of eligible voters were white, we would estimate that up to 85% of registered voters were white. However StatsCan data indicates that only 78% of voters were white when the dust settled.

This indicates both a massive turnout of non-whites and a lack of turnout among whites.

In the South Burnaby By-Election there was record turnout and the PPC candidate did surprisingly well. This would shadow the possibility that there's an un-pollable wave of anti-immigration white Canadians looking for literally any politician to support reductions to immigration.

This is just my speculation, but Bernier's decision to say he only wants to reduce it to 250,000 a year may actually be hurting him- the non-voting anti-immigration Canadians are less likely to turn out for him, even though he is the only mainstream politician who could get things changed.

In BC the PPC has been taken over by libertarian Jews who purged all who opposed them including original organizers. the nationalists are going back to the conservatives so I think the PPC is a lost cause in BC.

There is a very large concentration of well funded and coordinated antifa and radical activists who use threats and harrassment with the blessing of the police to suppress any nationalist events or organizations.
