As cool as European languages are, we'd all be more connected if we all spoke a single one. You know how cool it would be if an American can just go to a place like Germany and not have to deal with all that foreign bs? I've traveled to both Germany and Australia, a little over a month in each. And I gotta say, I really enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to speak my butchered version of German in Australia.
