I was once worried about having a gf and I studied a lot about seduction, but analyzing it well I see that it was a waste of time, women are not all that. I do not know how there are men who can handle it.
Biologically speaking, women know tha men are only good to provide them so they can select the best sperm for their offspring. Women do not care about men, because nature has made them that way. There never was a need for females to be the best friends for men. Men where there to protect and serve them for even the chance of beeing chosen to reproduce with on of them.
Men on the other hand evolved "love" to be willing to sacrifice oneself for a woman, to be able to give on their gens. This is what "incels" regularly get wrong, they think that a world without women would be bliss, while in reality that would make them as useless as a bee hive without the queen. Everything the workers do is for the benefit of the queen. Without this pressure, they would simply bee around and wait to die.
So, if you can't find anything worth sacrificing in a woman, that's probably your gens subtly making you not reproduce. In the past we had wars and famines to reduce the mal population and only let the peak ones perform, today we have incels and fags (which again is a biological reason to prevent even higher male rivalry, which is why mothers to boys have each male birth a higher chance of producing gays).
