As a retired Firefighter-Paramedic I have been to many, many shootings and vehicle accidents. Fresh blood and cerebrospinal fluid does not look like spilled paint. The body also looks strange.

Also the shooting did not look real. I think if there indeed was a mass shooting this was pre-recorded to cement a lone shooter narrative as a kill team is required to get so many kills before the targets flee.
