My take is that it needs to be a gradual transition and whether or not humans are really prepared for it would be a different conversation. I'd say that a state could work this out gradually by removing the monopoly the current (((media owners))) possess that allow them to essentially control the discourse and focus on rebuilding its own moral institution.
