At this point, are DNS blocks even blocks? So many people already use an alternative DNS to the one provided by their ISP or a VPN. Blocking sites at DNS level is the laziest, easiest way for ISPs to pretend they're doing something to stop their users accessing content, when they know they're not really doing anything.
