What about studies showing that when identical resumes are submitted but one with a male name and one with a female name, the male gets like 9 times as many call-backs to schedule interviews in certain male dominated highly lucrative sectors? Male privilege and female privilege goes both ways in different specific instances. White privilege only goes one way though. It's mostly just about nepotism, not even anything that malicious or sinister. White people's ancestors weren't fucking slaves a few generations ago, they were bankers and lawyers and plantation owners, etc. and they just kept hiring their white friends and children and excluding the blacks so the whites never transferred any of their wealth to the blacks. The money in an economy has to come from somewhere and when white people keep hiring white employees and patronizing white business, they keep the larger white pool of money separate from the smaller black pool of money. White privilege is a much bigger factor than any sort of gender based privilege.
