Not really. Yelling fire in a movie theater is a false emergency announcement, which causes a panic. That case isn't someone expressing an opinion, it is someone falsely stating there is an emergency and it is similar to saying there is a bomb on the plane. Expressing your views, as long as there is no direct threat of violence, isn't really dangerous since people can dismiss an opinion and it won't be a massive panic like shouting "Fire" in a movie theater. Plus who the fuck is the judge of what views are "dangerous" or not? I don't trust anyone to make that decision, since it can be so easily abused.
