I live in Seattle. Never see homeless people. They tend to hang out at the shelters or work during the day. We have very low heroin overdoses because of the needle exchanges. It's a very clean, safe, happy town! Sort of like Disneyland for mountaineers and boaters, and those who appreciate architecture built by billionaires!
