as kaspersky is Russian, i dont care so much about them "phoning home" Russia does not co-operate with western governments It would be more of a concern if you were a Russian living in Russia tho.
You can also disable the cloud analysis stuff, like kaspersky's KSN Comodo also allows you to not participate in it. IMO windows is too cucked to run AV free. Faggots should really get on Linux.
