It's not just a DNS ban. Vodafone has an IP ban, where they intercept the traffic with a forge SSL certificate to redirect to their own page saying "this website is unavailable".

It's already the case. Vodafone is blocking the entire IP (but 4channel.org still works, so either they forgot that domain, or they just ban Jow Forums because it's political censorship and not their fucking excuse about content.)
