Acording to betting odds it’s a little less than 50%. Betting odds is a much better indicator than any poll. If Jow Forums unironically thinks there’s a 90%+ chance of Trump winning then there’s some easy money to be made.

Will try to give you a unbiased as possible answer. I think that this election cycle will possibly be the toughest race the GOP has ever faced. Trump won 2016 because he ran a better campaign. Despite what the MIGApedes here will tell you Clinton easily could have won had she not taken the rust belt for granted. The disaffected turnout there sweeping states like Ohio and Michigan is what secured Trump the win. Now with most of those people still feeling disaffected and Trump now being the incumbent it's going to be a hard sell that he didn't have the ability to do anything for them before and that he somehow will now. I believe that someone like Sanders could easily prey on the sentiment that Trump is the incumbent much like Trump preyed on the fact that Hillary was the incumbent. Thus the Rust Belt is far from in the bag. And that's without even looking at Florida which will likely shift from a swing state to a dead blue state now with the introduction of felon voting. So this should lay out why 2020 will be far more difficult than 2016.

I genuinely don't believe that it matters that the Dems shred themselves or not. This is a map of 2016. Now assume that we only consider swing states and give Florida to the D's suddenly the D's have 261. Now if any of the following swing states. (Remember places where Clinton was both weak in and failed to campaign in) flip blue it's over. MI, PA, OH, NC, GA, AZ, WI. all have shifting demographics and thus are not guarantees. In terms of blues flipping red there aren't many I can think of possibly VA with the fallout regarding the state executives. Like I said before it doesn't look good at all for Trump.
