Give everyone $1000 per month

>give everyone $1000 per month
>every landlord raises their monthly rent by $1000

Nice UBI retards

>rent for non-citizens is now $1000 higher than it was before and they don't get the $1000
based yang

Riiiight, but what if laws made it illegal to artificially inflate costs to receive UBI money?

Just shoot the Landlords, and hear the lamentations of their women.

>non citizens
There won't be any as he will granting amnesty to all illegals, putting 1000 dollars in the shitskin's pocket, patting them on the ass, then sending them on their way to outbreed whites.

tax landlords based on their rent increase / UBI ratio

source?

Joke's on you, I already own a house. Inflation sounds great too. Bring it on fuckers.

>the landlord is gonna raise the price so that less people can pay for it
Retard

Planned economies have many problems documented by historical evidence. There are innumerous practical and philosophical reasons to support a free market where buyers and sellers are allowed to trade goods and services at a price that they alone determine. Trading this freedom for 1000 neetbux will be a net loss for the prosperity of both society and the individual.

>replace landlords with robots
>program robots so they don't raise rent

Raising the rent on rental property to whatever you choose isn't artificial inflation, stupid nigger. Rent literally goes up every single year on apartments, condos, houses based off of nothing but people wanting more cash. Goddamn you are some of the most economically retarded fucks on the planet. My condo just got raised to another $300 for my next 12 month lease and it's not tied to any raise in CoL, inflation, nothing, just the landlord wanting more money. It's completely fucking legal you poor piece of shit. Move out of your parents house.

Then they will send the $1000 home to Mexico, to be used by amigos and shirt-tail relatives to pay coyotes to come here, where they are given another $1000, and they send it home, then

Forgot to replace that the free market dictates the prices of goods and services, if a landlord raises their rent $2500 more and no one wants to pay it, the problem solves itself. Stop being a pussy and expecting a nanny government to handhold you through every aspect of your pathetic life.

>planned economics

And winging it has worked out sooo well? A mix is ideal. Housing should be a right, not a privilege

>More government
I can’t wait for a civil war so I can hang fucks like you

How does it feel being a serf in neofeodalism, pleb?
t. never paid a dime to any (((landlord)))

"The free market will fix it" is a nice way to say "i dont fuckimg know" the free market only fixes itself it doesnt resolve government intervention. What happens when all landlords raise their rent by 1k?

This is what we want, inflation get's people out of debt and destroys the usury jew. We will have to worry about the Rent jew another day and deal with him another way.

Because you live with your mom

No joke, this is literally what happened in London. Rent prices were so high that the government introduced a subsidy so people coupe work there and still have money to pump in to the economy, and landlords just threw up prices left and right.

>inflation is a good thing
Yeah interest accumulates faster, wages dont keep up and you have to work more for the same value

Explain why they would do that?

If we had this huge ubi dole cheque, fucking everything everywhere would rocket up in price and we'd end up paying more in the long run now that all income is basically subsidized. Your own employer wouldn't even know what to pay you to keep your purchasing power more or less what it was before ubi.
Here's how a rent situation can go:
>rent goes up say, $600 at earliest opportunity
>government doesn't step in to freeze rents according to cost index
>government doesn't pass law to seize unduely hiked rents with new tax and give it back to you
>landlords decide to let properties delapidate and become slums now that economy is teetering on the brink
>country becomes brazil and you get murdered in broad daylight by some racial gang

Why wouldn't they do that? They want money too and now people have more money in their pockets so they can potentially afford higher prices.

Lol, a slave dwelling in a concrete cell in which nothing is his and from which he can get kicked out like a dog, tries to shame a lord for living in his noble family's estate.

This is how you collapse the economy

>give everyone $1000 a month
>10% VAT to pay for it increases living costs $900 a month

Th-thanks Yang Gang

This. Hyper inflation is extremely common in communist societies.

Classic jew, tak money from the tax payer and put it in their own pockets.

At least I can have sex without my mom walking in.

>Move out of your parents house.
How about you get your landlord’s dick out of your ass.

>give everyone $1000 per month
>Whites get taxed $3000 more per month

If your only argument against UBI is Muh landlords then isnt your problem with the landlords and not UBI? Why is it ok for them to say tough tiddies im raising rent 400% fuck you haha. Fuck that kind of system shits retarted. Rentals is the most jewish thing you can do.

For crying out loud, haven't you seen what happened when grocery prices were fixed in Venezuela?

Solution.. take your 1k and go find another place

Uh yeah. It's called inflation you dumbfuck.

>in Venezuela

nothing about UBI works in practice. his campaign is literally "vote for me and get free shit!"

>Rent literally goes up every single year on apartments, condos, houses based off of nothing but people wanting more cash.

No, fixed costs continue to increase. Property taxes, repairs, insurance, etc. Plus increased demand.

Make owning multiple properties for renting steeply unaffordable? How about landlords earn their fucking money and not leech a profit from the pockets of others. Invest in something that isn't a basic requirement of life.

So the entire argument is it might happen with no reason other than WHY NOT

They already raised median rent by a grand in the last decade despite the US being in economic depression.

Then increase the rent by that amount.

No you tard. It's common sense and it's not just landlords that want to make money. Every business, every good, will increase in price because technically people have more money now so they should be able to afford it right? Why the fuck would they lower the prices and risk losing money?

Also to anyone talking about inflation or tax increase, it won't. The money is from the rich and big corp. Does not affect you.

youtube.com/watch?v=qapEGC0G9CM

What is artificial in prices rising due to increased demand when supply stays the same?

You want 1000k right? So does every other person in the world. Business owners, corporations, landlords etc. If they know people have more money why would they lower their prices when people could afford higher prices?

>mortgage is already at a fixed rate and a fixed amount of debt
gg renters

Attached: 1549967839181.jpg (632x488, 75K)

>conservatards and lolberts believe prices will just rise proportionally
>making it a wash and with no net impact
>and it replaces welfare
Why do you oppose this then? It’s basically a big brain method to eliminate welfare completely.

Yang Gang = Yen Gang

Attached: Yen_Gang.png (306x164, 18K)

They get $1000 too. What is stopping prices from being raised right now? Oh wait, that is exactly what has been going on since the 80s

See anons. And that's how socialism starts.
God damnit. Why are so many idiots so fucking dumb?

I get half the UBI through education. Not fair mutts

Attached: Wojak.png (645x773, 9K)

>They get $1000
>They see your $1000
>They raise rent to take your $1000
>Thry are now $2000 richer

If 350million people have more money every month they will buy more shit. Supply will decrease, prices go up.

Yeah, but the guns people could buy with $1000.
Demand will go up and firearms investment value will improve.

Attached: Yang2020.jpg (395x775, 34K)

3 property policy

So, exactly what's been going on since the 80s?

>outbreed whites
this isn't difficult, fagwad

hope you all drown in african semen and die

see

>my landlord is cucking me and i’m taking it like a little bitch lol. why can’t you handle being cucked and fucked like a little bitch, pussy?
uh, what?

What? Every single citizen is now holding more money. It is literally known by every other business owner and landlord that every single person they talk to has at least 1k. They want that money. Why is this so hard to understand?

i'm going to use my $1000 and become an air bnb transient fuck a landlord and more importantly fuck all you niggas lmao

No, you fucking retard. Learn basic economics, you fucking retard. Quit being fucking retarded.

Capitalism, very easy to take your business else. Stop acting like a fear mongering retard.

UBI will not defeat welfare, it will change nothing. Prices will go up in response, the dollar will inflate even more and we’ll be right back to square one. The only way to defeat welfare is to cut it directly instead of playing stupid games.

I'm a poor student with a part-time job. Probably I make under $5000 a year. Last month, my great aunt gave me $1000. I put $500 in the stock market and used most of the other $500 to buy a few games and supplies for my pets. Also bought a pack of smokes and a $25 bottle of whisky. The rest of the cash is going towards parking (parking on campus costs between $6 and $12 every day for me).

I'm going to assume that the people out there who actually will feel a major impact from $1000 monthly would spend it in much the same way I did. I don't see how this is a problem.

you're going to assume that those in abject poverty give a flying fuck about higher education, pets, and video games? world is fucked. just shoot me now fags.

Not if every fucking business is doing the same thing. And don't forget about the government needing to replace that 4trillion it just gave out for free. Oh right but the government will totally tax the rich and give white people free money because it cares about us.

>rent rises by 1000
>moves to an area where it is 900
>moves to an area where it's 800
so on and so forth, most of you don't understand capitalism and you preach about it non stop. shame.

Attached: 1552818203350.jpg (500x375, 104K)

And it's not fear mongering. It's basic economics, supply and demand, and replacing one welfare system with another more extensive welfare system.

>government needing to replace that 4trillion it just gave out for free
There is a video showing how that money will come out here.
>but but but
Why vote for anyone then? Why don't we all take our guns and make it survival of the fittest?

>I’m a poor student with a pet time job
Your education must be in liberal arts because I can’t believe how fucking stupid youbare to think that because your aunt gave you gibs that everyone in the US receiving $1000 wouldnt hurt more than help
Leave the thinking to people with IQs above 100

This

Of course their answer is that the government needs to manage the means of production and set price controls.
Never forget UBI faggots are simply communists fronting.

I still believe in UBI even if it's a zero sum gain for most people it still a way to help out young adults trying to figure shit out. Also this will encourage home ownership and the extra cash will help people make a new life outside the city.

I know what the government does when it's in debt. And it does not involve taking more money from corporations and tech companies.

I'm living in abject poverty and I do.
Every person that I know who has incredibly low income does.
Hell, a good friend of mine has been unemployed for years, gets a little cash here and there, and shares a 1-story house with like 8 renters. His spare money either goes toward books, his dog, or videogames.
Even homeless people often have pets.

The only thing that sets me apart from any of the other people I know is that I put a little money in the stock market here and there.

Maybe if he saved his spare money he wouldn't be poor.

>parsing UBI as a remedy and not a supplement/incentive to make a successive dollar
niggas...... this thread.....

UBI is a capitalist idea kikelet

Attached: 47djsl04m.png (1126x479, 209K)

no offense champ your friends sound like deadbeats. do better

Most places have laws that restrict how much you can raise rent.

It should, just like they once did. Imagine going back to how things worked before, when the economy was good? No, that's crazy.

>Implying that's a taboo here

>Raise rent by that amount little by little every opportunity until it hits the cap
Lol
Lmao

UBI will replace all other federal entitlements. As you say, it will have no effect economically since everyone receives the same amount. Therefore the end result is all federal entitlements have been eliminated.

Basic premise of communism: "from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs" Meaning wealth is distributed to all people of the community based on the needs of the people, including people who do not participate in production.

>UBI will replace all other federal entitlements.
Go ahead and give me the source directly from Yang stating this. I’ll wait.

I double major in a science field and philosophy, minor in a humanities field, and according to multiple tests I have an IQ of 132.

If Bill Gates went to the mall and decided to buy a few things, that would probably have more of an effect on the economy than every American rationing an extra $1000 over the course of a month. Maybe Starbucks will get a little more business. You're assuming that every person is going to pick a single market and rapidly put their money into that market alone, which indeed would screw up supply and demand -- that is not the case. A person will most likely use that $1000 over the course of a month to pay for food and travel expenses, other consumable goods like tobacco and alcohol, books, various services. If they have a particular problem, like a broken pipe, they may be able to fix it instead of allowing their property value to continually decrease.

I highly doubt that the global price of gold is going to dramatically spike in response to $1000 UBI. If you think the day after UBI is implemented a mcburger is going to be $1001 instead of $1, you're delusional.

Oh shit my nibba, want to trade USD for yen at that rate?! I will legit give you 5k in USD if you give me 5,000,000 yen.

>make doing that illegal

czechmate

I hope you're not unironically asking for Venezuela-tier policies.

some of the best known capitalists support a UBI

medium.com/basic-income/why-milton-friedman-supported-a-guaranteed-income-5-reasons-da6e628f6070

>There are innumerous practical and philosophical reasons to support a free market where buyers and sellers are allowed to trade goods and services at a price that they alone determine.

So if through the natural mechanism of a free market economy the price of all food in Shitholistan were to increase tenfold overnight cause now that the country has joined the global market all farms are exporting to wealthier countries, what could that mean practically and philosophically to the good citizens of Shitholistan?

I don't give a fuck if capitalists support it. The idea is inherently communistic
