They actually don't. The trick is to use extremely unclear language in terms of services so they can interpret the language arbitrarily. The common approach is the "hate speech" clause. Hate is an emotion. That rule can be invoked for anything tangientably related to an emotion. Go to twitter, "I hate black people" gets you banned, "I hate white people" will not. Where are your clear terms or services now? Did Twitter legally categorizes itself as a political anti-white propaganda organization? I don't see it. You talk about terms of services but the truth is, terms of services that are socio-politically motivated are not accepted EVEN if they are clear. What happens if a corporation says "we don't service gays" or "we don't employ gays" or "if you support gay rights you're fired", do you think people let that fly? I don't see liberals using the "they are showing you the door" argument here. Where is their sense of irony?
