You mirror all Wiki articles that currently exist, prune the unnecessary ones, the stubs and so on, then you flag certain pages as needing revision, then you revise those pages. The real problem is the management of data. They like to boast about how many pages, and languages they have on there, but honestly less is more. Probably a good tenth of all pages in existence, if not more could be merged with another more sturdy article. I've put lots of thought into this. Mainly the problem I've come up with is attracting the traffick that Wiki gets.
