What is Jow Forums operating system

I really wanted to like Mint but the font rendering is absolutely atrocious. I can't even post on Jow Forums with those shitty fucking fonts. I tinkered around with hinting, antialiasing, installing different fonts, installing MS fonts, but it always looked like absolute shit.

So I'm forced to use Windows. Right now I'm using a somewhat legit version of W10 Pro (I got the license ages ago using this trick from a pirated Windows 8.1 installcomputerworld.com/article/2493370 ), but I'm thinking of going full pirate again and just install LTBS following Plebbit's guide. I'll do it when I buy a new SSD.

Strictly speaking, TAILS is the only answer. Impossible for everyday use though. An oben sores solution would be the best, but if you can't make changes to the source it doesn't mean anything. A good middle-ground would be an Ubuntu/Mint and Win7 dual boot. There are thousands of Linux distros out there however, just experiment and hope for the best.

Mint is probably the easiest and most usable Linux OS out there, followed by Ubuntu.
