Depend of the health system of the country, you don't pay the same price for the same work in UK or in the US.

In Europe, dentist is not the same income level compared to the US

In Europe you make 5k / month for 3 days of work per week or 10k with a 5-6/7 days which is a really high salary compared to european standard

You can modulate your income with how you invest, if you employ somebody, if you do oral implantology

In US you make 200k/ year easily, 170k/y for a 3/7

in Poland there are almost no startups. Most work is in software houses or startups that have HQ in other countries and development in Poland, but pay is still very bad compared to USA

German salaries are low because starting a company is needlessly hard here (with everyone around you afraid of risk), therefore founders do not believe employees deserve riches.
