The Millenial Experience

>Boomer mother who hasn't worked a day in her life since the 1990s tells me there are a lot of jobs out there
>Construction working for the Chinese or minimum wage working for other boomers if you have 3 years of experience in the field and are okay with having a completely flexible schedule
>Every application wants you to hand over all the information necessary to steal your identity
I know I need to change my attitude, but it doesn't feel wrong being bitter about living in a world this gay.

You sound like a negro, complaining about whites.

I am white. Post your flag.

Be thankful your mom sacrificed her career to raise you. Do you really think she wanted to spend all that time with you and not coworkers, having a social life and grabbing drinks after work? Spoiled ungrateful little bitch.
t. your mom

When you finally start working you will hate it more than you think will hate it now. The point of working is to give yourself capital to improve your living situation. You gain experience about other things than just the job you do, you learn more about people and most importantly yourself. When you mature, you will realize working now while you are young will make it easier to live when you get older if you make the right choices. I'm set to retire by 33 years old, and I came from nothing with no opportunity to live a NEET lifestyle. The world is gayer and worse than you think, that's why working to have a place of your own and enough to sustain a decent life is important.

I'm the youngest. She hasn't been doing anything since I was 16. She barely even cooks anymore. When I look at the lifestyle my dad has putting all his kids through school and losing half his working hours to support a welfare state for Pajeets, I just can't get behind it. There's nothing worth doing in this country.

same problem bro

boomer moms are retarded

Marine industry is hurting for goys. Save up the cash for the basic certs needed then become a deckhand on a tug.

Ok buddy, just take some deep breaths and say to yourself "the world is not my enemy." Keep looking for jobs and don't get discouraged if you get turned down. You will fail if you give up. If you keep trying and are honest then I think eventually a job will find you. Now the kicker is to get a job you don't mind doing.

What is your job

Oh, you’re Canadian. Yeah, that would make it worse

I know you're right, I just don't see the point. I'm a NEET now (technically in college, but my program is a joke) and barely care about anything, so working to re-establish that seems sort of pointless versus just taking the easy way out.

My uncle does this and I always thought it seemed interesting. I tire really easily, though, so I'm sort of ambivalent to sink any money into learning a trade.

I appreciate the encouragement, user.

>I tire really easily
Hit the gym for a bit and it will help out, the jobs far easier than construction. If your uncle does it, it should be extremely easy to get into as most people come in by reference.

I have multiple. I started a business with my best friend. It's a company that specializes in roadwork, particularly road signs, thermoplastics (the yellow and white lines on the road), and curbs. We also do sealcoating on the side. I buy and trade on the side, from auctions, goodwill, thrift stores, flea markets. And I trade stocks and cryptocurrency. I work 7 days a week most of the time.

If this is the in-store prices meme it's more real estate and gas than food in my case. That and abolition of the homestead act to feed the developer Moloch.

He's actually a ferrier or something, but yeah, I'm sure he knows some people. Trouble is I've been dragging my feet at school and I really don't know if he'd vouch for me (and I wouldn't blame him if he didn't).

>I really don't know if he'd vouch for m
if hes even half a boomer, he will think you're trying to turn your life around and help out. Just don't ever be late, show interest, show up on time and don't do drugs, this will put you ahead the majority of people in the industry.

Not useful to complain, and blame some age group or racial group. You only have yourself to blame if you give up before trying.
Get a job that pays you the best you can get. Branch off on your own when it makes sense.

>Boomer Dad a drunk
>Boomer Mum broke and single parent with 4 kids
>Learned to code
>Now make £5000 a month

Playing a dangerous game, user.

There's just too many people. 350 million soulless drones.

True, but I still make more money than you and I have a vagina.

Built in or after-market?

Is it really this bad?

Yes, why do you think adults drink and smoke? The same reason you beat off and play vidya. To get through the bs until you are where you want. Sucks. But if you do it right, then it's not too bad in the end.

I worked for a construction company in Hamilton for two years. Got payed around 26k Canada bucks a year. Pretty sure it was the legal minimum or w/e but the money was that good I couldn't complain.
