For me, regardless of the ridiculous larping that Abrahamic religions are, which makes them all invalid philosophically, it is the antithesis to reason that causes Islam to be the worst of the three.
It's why there are no Muslim scientists anymore. According to doctrine, the truth has been perfected. Investigations into reality then become threats to introduce novelty into the perfect 5th Century understanding of all science, philosophy, and politics.

While Christianity, at its best (which is rare but still better than anything else), brings out excellence in people, Islam is different.
Islam means "submission to the will of God". But what people don't understand is that was specifically designed to bring to heel the subhuman and violent sand people who drink milk and piss directly from the camel. It was tailored for the arabs of that time because nothing else would work. Its why Islam is so strict; you have to pray several times a day to DRILL it into your heads because otherwise you'd revert. Even now, Muslims squirm and seek endlessly to break the chains of Islam in order to revert to their nature.
They only read the Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī, and shamefully place it side by side with their "immutable and perfect" word of God, because it allows them to squirm some more.
Its hardly a religion.
