North Korea should realize that the reason my Ship is patrolling the DMZ is to protect the Korean Peninsula. Either from each other or from outside forces.

Denuclearizing of NK is not impossible, it just needs to be figured out by talks. In my "pyramid" I have people of all races and religions. But we could care less about race or religion, we are all on the same page and have all found a place. I have great men and women working for me, and I've been around long enough to hire kids, grandkids and great grandkids of them at this point.

So many companies and even governments are dooming themselves by diversity hires because it creates artificial diversity that lowers skill by hiring quotas to show virtue signalling. Now natural diversity does the opposite because the best of the best all come together to be the best, a motto everyone should follow.

I have a bit of an odd question but I'm very desperate and I got a feeling you know who I am talking about. I used to work for an old man info broker who I desperately need to get back in touch with but I don't know how. He had a vast amount of dirt on everybody and knew things to a frightening level of detail but stayed strictly neutral. I discovered he was far more then he appeared to be while working for him for a time. His ability to analyze is out of this world and frankly, he deserved being called a goddamn superhuman mastermind. If I didn't know any better I would I have been convinced he could see into the future and one hell of a puppetmaster. Anyway, he has a very special ability or gift as it were and he really likes to roam around while keeping a very low profile. While keeping a very small tight-knit group around himself. Yet creating the illusion of an expansive vast network under his control. I know he was secretly searching for something long and hard for many many years which was how I got hired for a time. I know it suddenly changed 10 or so years ago.

This has always pissed me off for as long as I can remember. On one hand they would indocrintate us with the message of Dr Martin Luther King Jr of a color blind society, and on the other kids would be winning special awards and scholarships they didn't deserve only because they were born the correct race. Diversity hiring is the stupidest concept invented by modern American society. It could only come from the mind of a femin infected retard or a communist.

In some company climates it is just not talked about out of fear (by some).
I also (at the moment) get to work with many different races and religions and almost everyone at this section of the org is hired based on skill and it makes for hard hiring processes because it can take months. We only have 2 women here that shouldn't be. Sadly one got promoted instead of let go because her manager was worried about blowback.
Women & Men (who don't deserve to be there and didn't work for it skill wise) completely wreck companies.
They put in fewer hours and those hours are of lower quality. Worst of all they tap all of your good resources to answer their questions and do their work for them.

We had someone pushing diversity and we were able to "rebrand it" as diversity of thought/skill. Now that I think about it most of the people "above me" aren't white but worked from the very very bottom to get there. They are admired, respected, good at their jobs and deserve it too.
