Now this is actually really easily solved, they do exist in the bible, even explicitly mentioned:

All across the world there are numerous cultures stating how "people" came (down) to them and brought them knowledge and some new crafts and subsequently ruled over them and often there is a direct lineage claimed from these "gods" on which they claim their ruleship.
Now the Book of Enoch says exactly that, the fallen angels came to earth, they shared knowledge which in turn corrupted us. And they mated with our women. Here the account from Genesis:

Additionally to all this we have different stories of the (fallen) angels relate to that of the different gods, Michael for example correlates heavily with Jupiter/Zeus/Thor/Baal Haddad, Lucifer correlates with that of quetzacoatl of the aztecs and prometheus and somewhat Enki. Satan, which likely is Lucifer after the fall correlates with Moloch and Cronus. Gabriel I believe could be Mercury which is Hermes and seen as equal of Thoth

El likely just means "high" or powerfull" and elohim (plural of El) is the group of supernatural beings that are that, high and powerfull, and once they fell and LARPed as gods (annunaki, likely egyptian and aztec gods too) elohim became knows as gods

Basically, to signify someones outstanding position in a field you turn the designation into a plural. the master of masters in a field would be called with the plural masters, same for the highest of the high, the elyon of the elohim being called elohim. In hebrew you recognize the majestic plural by the plural designation when its used together with a singular verb or adjective which is always the case when elohim is mentioned in relation of the one God.

calling God Elohim then means he takes a special position among the elohim which are his angels. now this also relates to some other verses

When you say Bible, thats several major works combined. It is not complete and there is widespread disagreement in what content is true and what is false.

First we must define evil. Evil is whats wrong in Gods eyes. God gave us free will, and free will requires the abillity to choose wrong, or else there would not be able to choose at all. If choosing wrong is evil then there cant be free will without evil.

The story is like this:
God creates Humans in his image, and he loves every one of them that is and will be. He does this by bringing the fruit of knowledge of good and evil to us, which while likely intended for us eventually, we werent ready to eat yet as we were basically little babies in adult bodies.
With the fruit now Eaten we had to learn of both, Good and Evil. We knew good from our father and from being in Eden, but what was missing is Evil.
The best way to learn is to experience, thus we have to experience evil to learn of it, and we couldnt have evil in Paradise thus were send out, possibly falling from a spiritual state of existence into this mortal and material state. This world is sandbox/a tutorial so to speak. A containment reality where we can fuck around without being able to fuck up cosmically. Here we are meant to experience Evil, and Satan trying to corrupt us still is doing so by unleashing every plague he has up his sleeve onto us that we may fall from faith while simultaniously subverting what good and evil is. God loving and trusting us lets this happen since its the best way to learn of evil for us in the first place, and because he knows we will still praise God after everything. This is essentially the story of Job on a global scale.
In this live we are meant to learn, of good and evil, that in the end, with full and complete understanding of what these 2 are decide for good, for God, over evil and Satan.

there were likely a bunch of cycles we went through believing the old tales. the bible alone implies a time before adam and eve, then the time from adam and eve to the flood, and then from the flood to today even though im not sure if the flood really counts as a beginning of a new cycle or merely got the ongoing one on track. i like to think there will be 5 cycles total, like how in alchemi the world is made up off the 4 elements plus spirit, each cycle working through one of those points which if the aztecs are right about the 5 suns means we are in the last one right now

well, as i said, there probably were other dark races, preadamites around.
I rely for this statement on something a friend told me whose word i value a lot, but i dont have anything to source it with. Supposedly some of the books that were removed mentioned fallen angels fucking around on earth before God did and creating different humans. probably origin of the anunaki creation myths for example and others. these were probably stuff like neanderthales, homo erectus, australo piticus and so on which probably also were dark. As I understand it, this verse is in the context of God issuing commands directly to Moses regarding the formation of the nation of Israel. He warns them to not mix with the nations around them. God had set Isreal apart from the world for himself, and desired them to stay that way. This was when he was still dealing with a state through, I think now that Israel is spiritual Isreal, that is to say the kingdom of God as it exists on earth now in the form of Christ followers serving their king, not necessarily meaning an institution or state. Given this, I'm not sure this can be extended to us this this day as a warning against race mixing. While I myself can see why mixing is harmful, I can't see the command not to in this verse.

If spiritual Isreal is composed of Christ followers in this age, and there are followers of every race, then it seems to serve more as a command not to mix with unbelievers.

As for the flood myth read and watch the video I posted. There were many many floods all over the world all the time and little ways to stop them. In fact the 1st Emperor of China became the 1st Emperor of China because he figured out how to dig canals to redirect the hevy floods which killed 10s of thousands every 20 years. Also if we use Biblical time lines to go back to the time of Noah we can approximate the exact time frame. Egyptian and Chinese King lines are unbroken here but the Chinese speak of that particular flood.

Think of it this way. you are a goat herder in 3000 BC (insert village) and a flood kill everyone you know and all thier relatives as far away as you know exists. The flood was the whole world in your eyes. Was it on the opposite side of the globe ? You wouldn't know. You only know maybe 100 miles from where you were born.

as for the flood, thats a common way to explain it away. however many small floods does not explain why many cultures came into the bronze age simultaniously around the world at the time the bible says the flood was at.
the lines of kings being unbroken does not really mean much either. For example Sumerian Myths have Enki who seemingly is the equivalent of Satan/Lucifer. He also told some people of the incoming flood and to build a ship to survive it. Hopi indians have a spidergodess which created a ship for them so there were couple others being spared from the flood too. Also its not like Noah kept it a secret, contrary even he was told to warn the people and take with him who desires. So chances are the lines of Kingship survived through the flood.

I go where the evidence leads. If we are to believe that the flood wiped out all of humanity except for Noah and his family who were pure in their generations, that means that all the Chinese and Indians and Africans all had to come from him which is jut a ridiculous notion.
