lately not much. but I used to all the time. if you really suck you could try to get a camera lucida, it's a great way to hone your skill as a draughtsman. other then that i'd recommend working on your visualization skills. other than reading the art and practice of creative visualization by Ophiel, which I considered to be the seminal text on the matter, I challenge you to start with small simple visualisations like bouncing of a Rubber Ball. don't just see it bounce, hear it bounce, feel it hitting your hand, notice the color and surface of the floor.
After that you can move on to more advanced visualisations like a human, then make him walk then make him climb a mountain etcetera.
Also I started by taping paper to my computer screen in a dark room and having the backlight on full strenght and then just tracing images, that helps you with perspective.

The imagination, which we are taught to suppress and be dismissive of( being critical of "day dreaming" and being specifically forbidden from engaging in it at work or school, calling someone a "dreamer" implying that they are impractical and unsuccessful in "the real world") exists in a HIGHER plane, then we do, here on the physical.
Visualization in your mind is your "manifestation machine" and breathing properly, inhaling maximum life-force, is the fuel for that machine.
The reason they say "no one accomplishes anything by sitting around and day dreaming, is because EVERYONE can accomplish ANYTHING by doing just that.

I want you to inhale as hard as you can through your nose harder than feels natural and hold it for 4 seconds then I want you to Exhale as hard as you can out your mouth.
Repeat that a half-dozen times.
Do that at least 3 times a day.
In-between inhale slowly for a four-count and exhale even slower on an 8 count as often as it takes to allow your mind to go blank.

something I've heard, too, is that CO2 is actually beneficial to the body in lots of ways, and that the yogis of the East have mastered breathing 'without breathing,' or breathing as little as possible, to retain CO2 in their system. Mastering the breath definitely seems worthwhile.

The first breath I was told from someone who's an insider in an old society that it is called the Khu-Fu breath. The other one is similar to taoist breathing, yes. To clarify, khu-fu you do morning after waking, mid-day to afternoon and then finally before bedtime. The other one you do in-between when you come to think of it.
