There is between some from my experience (hatred) at least when it comes to Bolivia, Chile and Peru i.e. they hate Bolivians and so do Colombians it seems. I do believe there isn't much anymosity although there is definately animosity towards the Venezuelans in Colombia and Peru, not hatred but anymosity for sure, I see endless fb posts about them and have heard many public conversations about Venezuelans fucking things up, I regularly see arguments between Peruvians and Venezuelans on the Cruz del sur buses and also whenever I hop the land border between Chile and Peru people go fucking mental when a group of Venezuelans with no hope of passing through the border gets on the bus because it turns a 40 minute journey into a 5 hour customs and immigration nightmare for pdi.

Speak for yourself, here in the South of Brazil, we do get very along with argentinians and uruguayans, since its quite common to see tourists travelling to our region and vice-versa: I often go to Uruguay just to chill out for a while, for instance. We kind of have a pseudo rivalry against Argentina, mostly soccer based, but its more in good fun than anything, we tend to like them quite a lot. I travelled around Latin America a couple times and I was very well received wherever I was.
