The Russians did not help elect Trump. I remember the weeks before the election. Nobody in the MSM covered the Podesta emails thoroughly, they blew it off as "not a big deal" . They talked about it for a few hours and the next day went on to the next story. Majority of public also didn't really care about it except for a few that were really tuned in.
