Then you have a significant chunk of Incels being prison gay, because they are into traps. The hit or miss girl is literally only popular, because many people on Jow Forums have a trap fetish. Some only ironically, because they are NPCs and want to fit in, but don't want to actually have sex with crossdressed males.
