Have secondary goals and pursue unique hobbies that are outside of just sports and lifting. It could be reading and studying topics outside of school, learning a new language, writing short stories, producing music, etc. Something that requires actual thought and also has progression within it.

Third, delve into a little bit of chaos. You don't want too much order in your life, which is what the first two points are about.
