so 2019 is set to be pretty underwhelming for america and 100% of economist know it. 100% of banks know it. many large and mid sized companies have done internal reviews of performance and are or have already scaled back. both in terms of labor and spending. this is expected to happen again for any company that did it already come round about july to maintain growth or at least stall out a decline so the company can find a replacement ceo as people retire
