It's kind of true tho. The doctor chooses who he helps first and how much he has you wait. I've been in emergency waiting rooms with people on several occasions and you can wait for hours, sometimes you don't even have a chance to tell the doctor you're there and waiting, if you knock he will just scold you to wait for him while you hear him flirting with nurses behind the door and that's it.

Just to expand on this, we used to have an actually decent physical education class in public schools that was mandatory. Physical fitness was expected and the government put out good information regarding healthy food and proper canning and such. This country has been corporatized and having healthier people isn't profitable.
